Privacy. The Leadership Survey is designed so that responses cannot be linked to individuals. No identifying information such as name, employer, or contact details is requested. Responses are analysed only in aggregate and individual responses are never reported or shared.

The survey platform, Typeform, may collect technical metadata including IP addresses as part of its standard operation. This metadata is not accessed or used by The Leadership Survey for any purpose, and is subject to Typeform's own privacy policy.

Participation is voluntary and you may stop at any time before submitting.

Because no identifying information is collected, it is not possible to retrieve or delete an individual response once submitted.
